Hmmmm... The same government that gives 4-year scholarships to kids in Louisiana that can hold a 2.5 GPA is trying to reinstate the draft? Way to go W! This bill and its friend are trying to mandate military service. But the best was an article, I've misplaced the link, which said that in March 2005 a certain committee would have to report to Bush. Sorry pal, you're gonna be dead by then if you're back in office. F' this, I voting for Nader. I don't care if my vote in Boston doesn't mean anything... I'm registered in three other states, and Ralph is going to get my vote in all of them.
