Here's some code to control itunes from your iphone. I realized I needed this after my powerbook's screen crapped out on a flight from Burbank to San Jose one day, but I still had a lot of music on it. Anyway, it gives you the native interface, sort of. If I ever get appliances and other things that I could control, I hope to control them with my phone. Currently there's the AC, which is unplugged, the stove that has never been turned on, and the fridge. I use my little vaccuum a lot, but controlling it from a phone wouldn't really benefit me.
