googleplus.user.js is a greasemonkey script to go to google's first hit when you add a + to the end of your search. For example:

Here's the use case: I type my search into the address bar a lot and usually want to see all of the search results. But, sometimes, I know I just want to go to the first result and don't want to use my mouse again. So, in these instances, I can now just add a + to the end of the search in the address bar and will be taken to the first result.
